Please Answer the Following
What services are you interested in?
Approximate date of previous groom?
Do you prefer a 2, 4, or 8 week schedule?
You must read and sign our Terms and Conditions
Please allow your groomer an arrival window of +/- one hour surrounding your appointment time.
Payment is due day of service. An invoice may be texted to you at your request to facilitate contactless payment. Invoices unpaid by midnight on the day of your appointment are subject to a $5 per day additional charge.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice and cancelations "at the door" or "no call/no show" will result in a fee totalling the full cost of your appointment. These charges will need to be paid in full before booking a new appointment.
Doodles and other combination coated type mixes require a minimum of 4 week service to remain on our schedule. We recognize that these breeds have unique needs as far as coat care and we must be able plan accordingly for them.
Additional charges may be necessary for things like fleas, poor coat condition, or aggression. If these things are discovered during the course of the groom, we will make every effort to contact you to communicate our findings and provide a new cost estimate.
Excessive dematting (more than 10-15 minutes total) is painful for your pet. Therefore, our policy is "humanity before vanity." A pet with a neglected coat may need to be taken down short for a fresh start. Your groomer will be able to evaluate your pets coat upon arrival and can let you know at that time what style may be possible. They also would love to help suggest tools, products, and techniques for maintaining your pet at home in between professional grooming appointments. Your pet's coat maintenance is a joint effort between you and your groomer!
